This Privacy Policy explains how jiliw collects, uses, stores, protects, and shares your personal information when you register, deposit, play games, or interact with any part of the jiliw platform. Your privacy is taken seriously — this document tells you exactly what we do with your data and why.
Our Data Commitments to You
Before reading the full policy below, here are the six foundational commitments that govern how jiliw handles every piece of player data on the platform.
jiliw collects personal data strictly for the purposes described in this Policy — account management, payments, regulatory compliance, and platform security. We do not collect data speculatively or build advertising profiles from your gaming activity.
jiliw does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party marketing companies, data brokers, or advertisers. Data sharing with third parties occurs only in the specific circumstances described in Section 6 of this Policy — primarily for regulatory compliance.
All personal data transmitted to jiliw is protected by 256-bit TLS/SSL encryption in transit. Data at rest is stored on secure, access-controlled servers. Access to player data within jiliw is restricted on a strict need-to-know basis with audit logging.
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173), you have rights to access, correct, delete, and port your personal data. jiliw honours all valid requests within the timeframes required by law. Section 10 of this Policy explains each right in detail.
jiliw retains personal data only for the duration necessary to fulfil the purpose it was collected for, plus any additional period required by PAGCOR regulations, AML obligations under RA 9160, or Philippine tax law. Specific retention periods are set out in Section 9.
When jiliw makes material changes to this Privacy Policy, registered players are notified by email to their registered address at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect. The updated Policy is published here with a revised effective date.
jiliw is an online casino platform operating at jiliw.app, under PAGCOR regulatory oversight. For the purposes of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), jiliw is the Personal Information Controller (PIC) responsible for determining the purposes and means of processing personal data collected through the Platform.
jiliw has designated a Data Protection Officer (DPO) responsible for overseeing data protection compliance and serving as the point of contact for data subject inquiries. Contact details for the DPO are provided in Section 15 of this Policy.
jiliw is registered with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines as required under RA 10173.

8.2 Organisational Measures. Access to personal data within jiliw is restricted to personnel who require it to perform their job responsibilities. All personnel with access to Player data are bound by confidentiality obligations and receive data protection training relevant to their role.
8.3 Data Breach Response. In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in risk to your rights and freedoms, jiliw will notify the National Privacy Commission within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach and will notify affected Players within the timeframe required by RA 10173 and NPC Circular No. 16-03.

Where retention is legally required beyond the periods above — for example, if data is relevant to ongoing litigation or a regulatory investigation — jiliw will retain the relevant data until that obligation concludes.

You have the right to be informed of the existence of processing of your personal data — including the purposes, scope, and method of that processing — before data is collected.
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data jiliw holds about you, along with information about the purposes for which it is processed and the recipients it has been disclosed to.
If you believe personal data jiliw holds about you is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated, you have the right to request correction. Account profile updates can be made directly through your Account settings for basic data.
You may request deletion of personal data that is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected for. This right is subject to jiliw's legal retention obligations — data required by PAGCOR, AML law, or tax regulations cannot be deleted before the mandatory retention period expires.
You have the right to object to processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes at any time. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interest where you have grounds relating to your particular situation.
Where technically feasible, you have the right to receive a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, and to transmit that data to another controller.
Where processing is based on your consent — such as marketing emails — you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
If you believe jiliw has processed your personal data in violation of RA 10173, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines at privacy.gov.ph.
jiliw does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21. The Platform is strictly intended for adults who meet the eligibility requirements set by PAGCOR, which include a minimum age of 21 years.
If jiliw becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, all such data will be deleted immediately and the associated Account will be permanently closed. Parents or guardians who believe their child has registered on jiliw should contact the DPO immediately using the contact details in Section 15.
Certain personal data processed by jiliw may be transferred to or accessed from servers or service providers located outside the Philippines — for example, where jiliw uses a cloud infrastructure provider or a game provider whose servers are hosted in another country.
Where such transfers occur, jiliw ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place as required by RA 10173, including contractual data processing agreements with receiving parties that impose data protection standards equivalent to those required under Philippine law.
jiliw will not transfer personal data to countries where adequate data protection standards cannot be assured without implementing additional safeguards consistent with NPC guidance.
jiliw.app does not contain links to third-party websites for advertising or commercial partnership purposes. All navigation on the Platform remains within the jiliw domain.
Game content provided by JILI Gaming, Evolution Gaming, and other certified providers is delivered through integrated APIs within the jiliw platform interface. These providers operate under their own privacy policies and data processing agreements with jiliw. jiliw is not responsible for the data practices of these third-party game studios beyond the data processing obligations established in the agreements governing their integration on jiliw.
jiliw reviews this Privacy Policy regularly and will update it where required by changes to Philippine data protection law, NPC guidance, PAGCOR requirements, or changes to how jiliw processes personal data.
The effective date of the current version is stated at the top of this Policy. When material changes are made, jiliw will notify all registered Players by email to their registered address at least seven (7) days before the new version takes effect. The revised Policy will be published at jiliw.app/privacy-policy on the same date.
Continued use of the jiliw Platform following the effective date of an updated Policy constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept an updated Policy, you may close your Account before the effective date.

If you are not satisfied with jiliw's response to your data privacy inquiry, you have the right to escalate your complaint to the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines. The NPC is the independent body responsible for administering and implementing RA 10173.
This Privacy Policy is effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersedes all prior versions.
