These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the jiliw platform, including all casino games, payment services, bonuses, and customer support. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and play on jiliw, as mandated by PAGCOR. Age verification is required at withdrawal. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be permanently closed and funds forfeited.
Each player may hold only one active jiliw account. Duplicate accounts — regardless of whether they use different emails, phone numbers, or payment methods — violate these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.
All bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of issue. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
jiliw is required by PAGCOR and Philippine AML regulations to verify player identities before processing withdrawals above the stated threshold. Submitting false or incomplete KYC documents is a serious violation that will result in permanent account suspension.
Philippine government employees and their immediate family members are prohibited from using jiliw. Collusion, use of automated bots, bonus abuse, and money laundering are grounds for immediate permanent account closure and reporting to PAGCOR.
jiliw reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players by email to their registered address. Continued use of jiliw after a change notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
2.1 Age Requirement. The jiliw Platform is strictly available to persons who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of registration. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and is not subject to exception or waiver under any circumstance.
2.2 Residency. jiliw primarily serves players resident in the Philippines. By registering, you confirm that you are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
2.3 Prohibited Persons. The following persons are expressly prohibited from registering or maintaining an Account on jiliw:
2.4 Accurate Information. All information provided during registration — including full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, and residential address — must be accurate, complete, and current. jiliw reserves the right to verify this information at any time.
2.5 One Account Per Player. Each natural person may register and maintain only one (1) active Account on jiliw. The existence of multiple Accounts associated with the same individual — whether identified by name, device, IP address, payment method, or other identifying information — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. jiliw will never ask you to provide your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other channel.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify jiliw immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. jiliw accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain password security or your voluntary disclosure of credentials to third parties.
3.3 Account Closure by Player. Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting jiliw's live chat support. Pending wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited upon closure. Any remaining withdrawable Balance will be processed to the registered payment method within ten (10) business days.
3.4 Account Suspension by jiliw. jiliw reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where:
3.5 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for twenty-four (24) consecutive calendar months is considered inactive. jiliw will notify the registered email address before applying any inactivity fee. Applicable fees and the dormancy schedule are available from jiliw's customer support team.

4.2 Player Funds. All deposits made to jiliw are held in accounts segregated from jiliw's operational funds. Player funds are not commingled with jiliw's corporate accounts.
4.3 Deposit Limits. jiliw operates platform-wide and player-specific deposit limits consistent with responsible gaming obligations. Players may set personal deposit limits through their Account settings. Requests to decrease a deposit limit take effect immediately; requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling period.
4.4 Own Funds Only. You warrant that all funds deposited to jiliw are lawfully yours and are not derived from criminal activity. Deposits made using payment instruments belonging to a third party are prohibited.
5.1 Eligibility. Withdrawals are available to Players who have completed the applicable KYC verification process. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used for deposit, subject to method availability.
5.2 KYC Verification. jiliw is required to complete identity verification before processing withdrawals above ₱10,000 in aggregate, or where required by jiliw's AML monitoring systems. Accepted documents include:
5.3 Processing Times. jiliw targets withdrawal processing within the timelines described in the payment methods table above. These timelines represent standard conditions and may be extended by bank processing delays, KYC review requirements, or regulatory holds. jiliw is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.
5.4 Method Matching. For anti-money laundering compliance, withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Where the original method is unavailable, jiliw's support team will provide an alternative path subject to additional verification.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, reload bonuses, and loyalty rewards offered by jiliw are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of issuance. These specific terms supplement and, in case of conflict, supersede this Section 6.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, a standard wagering requirement of thirty-five times (35×) the bonus amount applies before Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable Balance. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games and table games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots — specific contribution percentages are stated in each promotion's terms.
6.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds not wagered within the stated validity period (typically 7 to 30 calendar days from issuance) will expire and be removed from the Account without notice.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. jiliw employs fraud detection systems to identify irregular wagering patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging bets designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal exposure, use of automated betting software, and coordination between multiple Accounts. Where bonus abuse is detected, jiliw reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and close the Account.
6.5 One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per player per promotional period. Creating additional Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and will result in Account closure.
7.1 Game Outcomes. All game outcomes on jiliw are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for software games and by live dealer mechanics for live casino games. jiliw does not alter, manipulate, or adjust game outcomes beyond the published RTP settings certified by the respective game provider.
7.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game outcome, jiliw reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and return the wagered amount to the Player's Balance. Winnings generated from demonstrably malfunctioning games may be voided. jiliw is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions attributable to the Player's internet connection or device.
7.3 Accepted Wagers. Wagers placed in violation of game rules, or placed after the betting window has officially closed, will be voided. Disputed wagers are subject to review and the outcome of jiliw's investigation is binding.
7.4 Sports Betting. Pre-match and live betting odds are subject to change up to the moment a market is closed. jiliw reserves the right to limit bet amounts, suspend markets, or void bets where there is reasonable suspicion of match manipulation or where a manifest pricing error has occurred.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jiliw Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity is grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and reporting to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:
9.1 Commitment. jiliw is committed to responsible gaming and recognises that gambling can, for some individuals, become harmful. The Platform provides tools to help players manage their gambling activity.
9.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players at no cost, accessible through Account Settings:
9.3 Age Verification. jiliw employs age verification at registration and during KYC review. Where jiliw has reasonable grounds to believe a Player is under 21 years of age, the Account will be suspended pending verification, and play suspended immediately.

10.1 Ownership. All content on the jiliw Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and the jiliw brand identity — is owned by or licensed to jiliw and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 Limited Licence. jiliw grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
10.3 Restrictions. You may not scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform. Unauthorised use of any jiliw intellectual property is grounds for Account closure and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.
11.1 Platform Availability. jiliw does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily restrict access. jiliw will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
11.2 Exclusion of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jiliw's liability to you for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 Gambling Losses. jiliw is not liable for gambling losses incurred by Players. Gambling involves inherent financial risk, and losses are a possible and foreseeable outcome of all wagers. By using jiliw, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
11.4 Third-Party Services. jiliw is not liable for the acts, omissions, or failures of third-party service providers, including but not limited to game developers, payment processors, and internet service providers.
12.1 Privacy Policy. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data by jiliw is governed by jiliw's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 Data for Compliance. jiliw may share Player data with PAGCOR, the AMLC, and other competent Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law. jiliw will not be liable for any consequences arising from such mandatory disclosure.
12.3 Data Security. jiliw employs industry-standard security measures including 256-bit TLS/SSL encryption, access controls, and secure data storage to protect Player information. However, no system is absolutely impenetrable — in the event of a data breach affecting Player data, jiliw will notify affected Players in accordance with applicable Philippine data protection regulations.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the PAGCOR Charter (Presidential Decree 1869, as amended), the Anti-Money Laundering Act, and other applicable Philippine statutes.
13.2 Dispute Resolution — Internal. Players who wish to raise a dispute regarding a game outcome, payment, or Account decision must first submit a formal complaint to jiliw's customer support team. jiliw will acknowledge the complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
13.3 Dispute Resolution — Regulatory. Where an internal resolution is not satisfactory, Players may escalate disputes to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official complaint channels. jiliw will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation.
13.4 Jurisdiction. For matters not resolved through internal or regulatory processes, you and jiliw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.1 Right to Amend. jiliw reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, jiliw will notify registered Players by email to the registered address at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect.
14.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
14.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent court or regulatory authority, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14.4 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and jiliw regarding your use of the Platform, and supersede all prior understandings, representations, or agreements.
